I am planning on doing a little shore fishing Friday afternoon on Crow. Is it leagal to use a plain treble hook with sucker or cisco? I know that in the U.S. the treble hook must be part of a lure, which may consist of a swivel and a blade, is it the same in Ontario? I looked at the MNR's regulations a little but I couldn't find any info on that.
