Snyder Bend advice??

I have recently moved to Sioux City from Minnesota. I have found Snyder's bend and there seems to be fish in it. I have caught one decent bass on a spinner bait, but I think it may have been a fluke. Anyone out there have any advice to give this newcomer? Actually not terribly new, I went to school in Moville, but it has been years since I have lived in the area, and until this year, have never fished the Bend.

There is a lot of nice Bass in Snyders.I won a torney there a couple tears ago.Our fishing club also stocked it with Walleye.We put about 8000 in over the past 5 years.Been a few caught but a lot still there. Don't know if they ever reproduced or not.I kind of think they did,because i've heard of smaller fish caught then we put in there.
