jon boats

Looking for a new jon boat this spring but since I live north of MPLS I cant find alot of info on them. There doesnt seem to be any dealers up this way either. Thought I would try you guys down south farther for some info.
I am looking for a large 14' to 16' boat with a little higher sides and transom and maybe a tunnel hull on it for running shallow waters. I will be sticking with a prop tiller motor on it.
Any thoughts on make or model would be great. Or any dealers I should try contacting would be great also. I am already thinking I might have to head south to get what I want. Sure am glad that these boys up here like to stay on the lakes and keep the river to myself.

The only place I know of that carries alot of boats is Starks Sport shop In Prarie Du Chein WIS. You can check out their HSOforum www.starkssportshop.com or call (608)326-2478 They should have what your looking for or maybe point you closer to home.Hope this helps

check to see if you have a G3 or express dealer in the area. one of the two carries a tunnel boat just what you want. can't remember wich brand. saw it in a fishing magazine. if they don't have one they could order it . good luck del

I've got pictures and it's AWESOME! Might be better than new after seeing the extreme detail used in it's construction.

No Xpress dealers up here. Starks or farther south is the closet place I have found. I havent checked into the G3 boats yet.
Freckeled lady send me the photos. I tryed earlier to get some but did not recieve them.
It does sound like a nice rig.
