Logging

Well went to my hunting spot on friday morning and what to my surprise about 7:00 I hear this noise and it turns out to be a logging outfit coming back into the area I am hunting and they started to clear cut my area. Crawled out of my tree after about a 1/2 hour of them ripping everything up and started to walk out. Talked with one of the guys and he said this was the only time they could get in there was this weekend and into next week.

Now my question is I thought they couldn't log wildlife management lands during the deer season, and also who would I contact to complain about this? I know it is their jobs but it still is kinda of fustrating.

I don't know if there's any rules against it but I for sure would not want to be logging during hunting season as a matter of safety. You can try to contact the state dept. of forestry if its state land, not sure on fed. land.
We had a guy that was almost done logging an area where we had a stand. About 4:30 on opener here he comes out there with his kids hooting and hollering. Kindof ticks you off around prime time.
