Ok, it might be in the middle of the open water season, but believe it or not, ice fishing is right around the corner and the Ice Team Pros are excited to start talking ice fishing again!

That being said, the date is set for the 10th Annual Thorne Bros and HotSpotOutdoors.com Portable Modification Get Together!!! ...

Date: Saturday, September 27

Location: Thorne Brothers - Blaine, MN (www.thornebros.com)

Times: 9am - 5pm (however the store will be open at 8am)

For anyone who has been to any one of these events in the past, I think it's safe to say it's a fun-filled day and everyone goes home happy!

A TON of companies in attendance and it officially kicks off the ice fishing season!

Looks like I will be able to make it again this year. Can't wait! This event is awesome for so many reasons, but my two favorites are that we can finally get our hands on the new products that are coming out this season, and also say good riddance to Summer, and welcome Fall with a bunch of fellow ice heads.

I know some people drop off their modified shelters in the morning and then stop back later in the afternoon. Usually they pick the winners around 3pm and judge between noon-3pm (or about that). The event officially goes from 9am-5pm...

Only a few days away! The big event is this Saturday! A TON of things happening on Saturday at the event! A chance to talk with industry Pros and companies, not to mention opportunities to win FREE gear and listen to seminars from Dave Genz, Jason Mitchell and others!

There will be a lot of Ice Team Pros in attendance from several different states so make sure to swing by the Ice Team/Clam booth and talk ice fishing and see all the new products!
