Line Twist

Good Morning everyone!!

I was wondering if you guys could give me some helpful advice on Line twist? I Love to use a fiscas 3mm tipped with plastics or live bait, with vanish 2 pound flouracarbon line. I have all sorts of things and I can not keep my presentation straight. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!!

Thanks

David

All suggestions above are good. One thing I want squash before someone posts it is to NOT USE A SWIVEL!! Using a swivel will take away from bite detection. The negatives out weigh the positives on using a swivel.

Beat me to the punch, Lawrence!!!

With light line (1-4 lb) you should be able to get the majority of twist out pretty easily by grabbing the line firmly between two fingers and running it between your fingers from the tip of the rod to the lure or tag end. You can do this with or without the jig tied to the line. If you do it with the jig attached you'll see all the twist you're taking out because the jig will spin like a top.
