I ordered mine from Reeds HSOforum. Came in about 4 days.

Checked with reeds and they are out too. They only have the unit with the auger and since I have 2 augers so if I get another my wife might be wondering why I need 3.. does anyone else know where to get one?

YESSSSSSSS!!! I finally got my chuck removed. I used a bigger allen wrench I got from work and had the chuck off within minutes. I cannot wait to use the auger.

Put mine together and the main bearing is bent. Now i get to return it and no one has anymore. Poor design to assemble with screw and nuts...bolt and nut would have been far easier to assemble. Really disappointed in it overall without even drilling 1 hole.

The main bearing can't bend. The bearing assembly allows the auger drill to be tipped in any direction. Once the drill is installed, just apply pressure until it's squared up. You will notice as you drill, the plate can rock back and forth.

The bearing has clear dent in the housing. It came from Reeds and appears to have been used since it had scratches and hard wear bag was opened. Returning it.

Hmmmm.... that's interesting. I'm sitting here looking at mine and trying to figure out how someone would have been able to dent it.
