I've never been to the MN. State Fair sounds like fun. I'll have to swing up for a day. Food on a stick sounds pretty good.

Very cool. Finally a reason to go over towards the North Woods area. They do their best to bring in attractions, but in my opinion this is a big step up. For me personally seeing the lumberjack games, having the opportunity to purchase a stuffed black lab with a handkerchief, or getting a set of paper antlers from the big box store isn't enough reason to walk past three blocks of garden tractors. At least now I know there is something fishing related and someone with knowledge of the topics to talk to.
