JM spring bobber broke

Is there a way to fix/replace the spring bobber on the JM Spring Bobber rod? I'm not sure what happened but when I took the rod out of my rod bag one side of the spring bobber was broken off at the eye. It didn't pull out I can see where the spring steel broke-off it's flush with the eye...

they have a 1 year replacement warranty if u still have receipt, happened too often to me. i used loctite putty when my tips kept breaking off, did work but not the greatest

I would call and see what your options are, one way to avoid tangles in your bag, if it is one the horizontal styles is to take an old bath towel, and layer the rods in the folds of the towels, also keeps them from banging around
