TheGuy
I was up North of there this last weekend and did ok. The Woodcock were still around and jumped two grouse in about 3 hours of hunting. As of last weekend there were still lots of leaves. This weekend should be good, most leaves should be down, last weekend the leaves were really falling. I'm going up with three other guys to give her a try.Good Luck to ya!

Matt Breuer
When I lived near Aitkin I used to hunt near Crosby quite a bit, and always came home with a few birds. I was just curious if anyone else notices how pretty the birds on the range are?? Or is it just me?? Range birds seem so much more colorful. I miss those days, but hope to hit up some hot spots down there sometime soon! Good luck out there and leave some for me!
