Livewell drain broke

So I was trying to put a plug in my live well that I don't use and the pipe that connected to it on the bottom pushed out the bottom. Any ideas how to get at the pipe? It's an alumacraft tournament sport and it's the front live well.

What I've done, is bend a metal hanger end into a "V" hook shape, so it pushes out against the pipe walls with some force, and push down into the pipe. If the cut end of the hanger is "sharp", it'll bite into the pipe and allow you to pull it up enough to grab it...the "V" needs to be the right size. Trial and error, I guess.

Thanks reb I took off the floor and had about 3 inches to reach between the side and the well and was able to get it back into the well. Not a fun job but glad it's done
