Rotator cuff and shoulder problems

I've had impingement surgery on both shoulders and rotator cuff surgery on both shoulders.  When I had each rotator cuff surgeries I had real bad neck pains.  Pretty common with that type of surgery.  Used towels and things like that behind my neck when sitting and laying down to help the pain and eventually goes away.  I still get a stiff neck a lot and have to move it around to get the kinks out.  Not getting any younger.... Darn.  

Ya that diagnosis with the vials would have made me start laughing.  Quack!!!

Geez I hate this topic, every time I read the title of it I just cringe, mine is gone. Please delete this one lol. Even typing causes minor issues my word. feeling pretty bad for anyone dealing with it.
