Only got one sauger tonight.  Saving him and will hopefully get a few more so I can have fish on Sat.  Yours look pretty darn good Jeff....

I used to get some kind of green beans from a Chinese restaurant in Rochester (located on south broadway in former rax for locals)  They were so good.  Szechuan maybe?  dry fried?

One of these days I ought to try to make something as good.

Right out of the garden, into a jar with a tsp of canning salt and properly canned is my favorite. Once in a while, I'll open up a pint and eat them right out of the jar. Yummy!!!!

Del, are the ones you're talkin aboot with slivered almonds???

I don't recall almonds, but it's been quite a few years.

A good slaw wrapperd in a tortilla, yum!! Backed beans for sure.
