hi everyone

just wondering if theres any good hunting land in st.cloud or within were one can let the dog work and bag a few rooty's? any suggestions please let me know

The further west you go the better the hunting will get. Check out the DNR site on pheasant road counts. Central MN is only up 2% from last year(a down year). Go west of say paynesville and the counts really start to jump. Within 20 miles of St. Cloud you'll find pockets of birds. Public land will be tough. Too many hunters the first couple weekends. Start knocking on some doors and get some private land to hunt on. The worst thing they can say is "no".
