Choke tube

Am looking for a choke tube for Winchester SX3. Anyone got any recommendations? Not looking to spend more than 40 or 50 dollars.

A lot depends on what you're planning on shooting for ammo and your expectations for performance. There are lots of gun/choke/ammo options that'll kill turkeys out to 40 yards. For lead some good options are Hastings, HS strut Undertaker, Com-N-Choke and Carlson Chokes. For hevi-13 type of loads the Primos Jelly Head or Tighwad chokes are good option in that general price range.

The choke is often less expensive than finding what load it likes best. Every gun/choke combo is different s far as how it will perform with different ammo.

You could go direct to Carlsons and see what they are making for your gun as well. What I did was contact them with my gun and what I was looking to get. THEY CALLED ME!!! back to ask what I was going to be shooting for shells, what brand, what wad, they take all of that into account then send you a choke that they have tested and found works best.

just based on the experiences I have had with them I would be hard pressed to buy over the counter again. chokes and shells are expensive and to spend the time and money it takes to find the right one can be cost prohibitive.
