Rice Park Holiday Lights in St.Paul

I went to Rice Park early in the morning and got some shots (not many people in the park). We had a fresh snow that morning. They do a great job decorating the Park. They are also planning some mini Ice Castle elements in the park for the St. Paul Winter Carnival.
