How bad are we talking and what are you trying to do with them???

If the chipping is minor I say a couple coats of a clear coat to seal them again. Otherwise you are looking at completely redoing them, that can be opening up a bigger can of worms.

Some cracking and what not is to be expected in a wooden decoy and adds to the character of it. A lot like teeth marks wink
