dairyman
it would have to be lying on its side if it would. I just got the T650 cottge and really like it. It is definitely heavier then my Frabill commando, but its a whole lot warmer too I still haven't figured out how to pack all the gear in it yet. I put a set of cross country ski's on it to protect the bottom of the sled

dairyman
I've always bungied my auger to the top of the sled, haven't had any problems
zppeterson
What size did you get?I have the XT650 Lodge. Auger and pack shovel go in the sled behind the seat. Small plastic tote with misc stuff (gas cans, auger blades, extra battery, rope, ice cleats, propane bottles, etc) goes under the seat, big buddy lays down under the seat, a 5 gallon bucket laid down somewhere in the middle. Flasher usually rides in the truck or is tucked in a safe spot in the middle of all the stuff listed above.
JoeMX1825
Like zppeterson asked, what size 650 did you get? this info makes all the difference. I will tell you a Cottage size sled will NOT allow an Otter Rod Case to sit flush like a Cabin size will...that was a big deal breaker for me...Most augers won't lay flat in an Cottage sled either... Esox_Magnum
Bucket will fit in my lodge. Kinda does in my cottage but not perfect. If pulling by hand auger just lays on top of everything. Get closet broom clips and screw to the back of the backrest to store wind braces. I carry a 13 rod bag a clam rod bag lx 7 10 pound tank a buddy heater and an ammo can with spare batteries and a kitty litter bucket or 5 gal bucket all in my Cottage.
