I have a lot of relatives in the area so we never use a guide service so I don't have first hand experience but I've heard of a few people using Aaron McQuoid and they were pretty happy with their experience. If you haven't fished the lake before or it's been awhile I would highly suggest getting a guide for at least the first day so you can shorten the learning curve and see what structure or depth the fish are currently using. It's a big lake and there's lot's of fish in there but it can be a long trip trip if the fish are not relating to typical fish structure and become scarce.

Devils Lake has some good guide choices. Hard to go wrong with the Perch Patrol. Haybale Heights offers lodging with SnoBear fishing packages for a really comfortable and mobile fishing experience. Woodland Resort has lodging and ice house rentals too. Perch should be really good again this year!
