exterior lights suggestion

I have 3 exterior lights on the house. Two under the wheel wells and 1 at the entrance door. 2 of the 3 are having troubles in the switches. I want to replace them all. What sort of suggestions/products do you think I should look into.

The wheel wells aren't that important, but I'd like a real good light for the porch/door.

I'm pretty sure the current lights are 12 volt.

go to the bay and search for LED RV porch lights. The ones I purchased have a built in switch so that I can turn them off individually, or I have a wall switch inside that also controls them.
