cooler temps and fishing times

With the cooler temps we have been getting would it be better fishing later in the day as daytime temps get warmer? I normally start fishing around sunrise, but with the cooler weather I am thinking about later in the day. Would fish be more active once the waters warm up as the day progresses? What is your strategy or opinion with the cooler temps we have been experiencing.

The answer is.. .ummm, uhh,,, yes..

I tell you what.. its a craps shoot. Depending on what the weather is doing, fish even though the water is cooler in the morning could be more active. However, I too think that in the early spring fish get more active as the day progresses. Fishing Pressure, and weather will be large components of thier attatude.
