Bass season doesn't open for another two weeks. It is illegal to even target them, regardless if you are going to Catch and Release. If you want to legitimately fish bass, you have a few options - go to a Wisconsin lake, head out to the Mississippi River, or wait till the MN season opens.

Hey im heading out there tomorrow
(catch and release of course) and its my first time anybody have some hot spots or good lures/bait tips?
