Galvanized chimney pipe bad idea?

I was looking at the Nu-Way propane stove and the only 3" stove pipe I can find locally is galvanized but I was told it will make you sick. I just don't get why they make it for chimneys if it going to make you sick. Has anyone else heard of this?

I know Nu-way sells there own pipe online but I need a few 90* elbows the kit doesn't come with so I can go out the side rather then the roof.
