Built in transducer on Minnkota not working...

I've got approximately an 8yo bow mount Minnkota with built in transducer. For some reason I can't get the depth to show up on either of my Lowrance depth finders. I still hear it ping on the motor but no depth ready on my electronics. Is there a reset button in the foot control or something, btw the cord is plugged into the unit. Any help or suggestions would be great.

It is not uncommon for the transducer to go bad in the MinnKota motors. Good news is they can replace the transducer. Had a couple friends that had to have it done. I think it was in the $150 - $200 range for parts and labor. Same situation as you, they hear the ping, but get nothing on the graph. I don't know where you are located, but Fish Lectronics and Motor Clinic are two options in the metro. I'm sure they can tell you if it is the transducer or something else. Otherwise you can call customer service at MinnKota and they will tell where the nearest authorized service center is located. Good luck.
