I will be staying in one of those rooms to Wanderer. I will be there Friday evening some time. I would like to get to meet some of the other members. Would it work to meet at the deer hunters dinner?

Yeah, the dinner might be be the best bet. I'm pretty sure we'll be there.

We've always camped and cooked on our own in the past but this year it sounds like the group is all for taking advantage of all possible amenities. It'll be an interesting change.

We can firm things up closer to the date and give anyone else a chance to offer an idea if they'd like.
