Crawford County Youth Fishing Contest

**Six** Pflueger Purist Spinning combo valued at $100.00 each are the prizes.

Rules:

1. Angler must be from 0-16 years old. No one older. No fees

2. One winner per angler.

3. Fish must be caught in Crawford County waters or any water touching Crawford.

4. Length determines winner. Ties will go to youngest angler.

5. Winner must be present to win at the Apple Festival on September 28th at 3:30pm at the Gays Mills Sportsman’s Tent.

6. There will be six winners. One rod/reel combo will go to the longest rough fish registered. One rod/reel combo to longest game fish. One rod/reel combo for longest brown trout. One rod/reel combo to longest brook trout. Two rod/reel combos to registered anglers in blind drawing of registered tokens at the end.

7. Must be caught on a hook and line and be within the WDNR length requirements for each species.

8. Anglers are allowed **four** fish total in the contest.

9. Tournament opens first light September 1st, 2014 and ends at noon September 27th.

10. ALL fish must be registered/measured at Mickelson’s Market Place. There will be running register of each fish and angler there. Each registered fish will receive a token.

11. Contestants must bring all tokens to the contest award ceremony.

12. All rod/reels will be displayed at sponsor’s business.

13. Angler who caught fish MUST be present to win.

Sponsors of the contest are: Crawford County Independent Scout, Kickapoo Locker, Mickelson’s Market, McCormick’s Bar and Grill, Halver’s Town Tap, Len Harris, Last Call Bar and Grill , Gays Mills Sportsman's Club and Lana’s Family Hair Care.
