Bureaucrat
Don't know that this one's been talked about here yet. *Anybody have one? *Like it?*Ability to customize considering aluminum studs? *Fear of aluminum trailer breaking and no aluminum welder for mile? *Etc? I'm looking for a light traveler that can haul an ATV and be customized to moderate comfort. Just a couple bunks, counter, cabinets, TV shelf. birz
I have a 2010 10ft model. I really like it because the light weight lets one person easily handle it. I have hauled a 550x2 polaris atv it a number of times and it works well. Back out the atv hook up and pull it to the spot. Recently I have been leaving it out for the season. With the aluminum frame and lever lift system no issues freezing down even with all the slush last year. Mine has diamond plate in the inside to which shelves have been mounted, no bunks in mine. Regarding the frame I have had a couple people who know about welding and they where impressed with the craftsmanship on my house.
Bureaucrat
Appreciate the info. I don't know that they're all too common yet, but the concept is very interesting. No winches, cables, leaf springs, detachable wheels. I really like the idea of fishing on 7 or 8 inches of ice before the other rigs dare drive out. I just have to get over the aluminum trailer and interior finishing concerns in my head, and I may give it a shot sometime down the road. Did it cost a lot to finish yours? I see they don't come with a heater and carpet. I'd like to do a forced air furnace and rubber floor.
