woody1975
I have picked up a couple of youth bows (Bear Oddyssey and and Oddyssey II)At any rate, I am getting them set up for them. I have a bunch of my old carbon arrows laying around and I am wondering what the concern would be to have those arrows cut down for their draw length for them to use. My kids are 7 and 10, so they will most likely be pulling 25# at approximately a 19" draw length. Thanks,DL
hockeybc69
I see nothing wrong with that. I did the same thing for my 12 year old daughter.I am not concerned with her shooting to 50 yds, and I don't plan on her going to competitions.I simply want her shooting the bow and learning. woody1975
Ha BigLakeBass- The name change thru me! Yeah that was quite a trip. Ended up 8 hours in the car with two kids that were less than 6 months old (they are almost 8 now)Learned a lot since then! The kids in the car seats are starting to shoot with me now, so I am excited about that.Good to hear from you again!DL
