Bullheads

Of all the spots that I have found bullheads that are good with no AIS, one is worth hitting this year, may go and get 2 dozen or so and hit the river this week if time works out.

I have fished the river very little the last couple years for flatheads with the new AIS rules.

I am assuming it is ok to use bullheads from another system if they do not have any AIS issues or am I missing something with the bait rules.

Thanks for any advice.

Yeah as long as the lake you're pulling from has no AIS, and you follow all of the water change laws, you're in good shape Tom. You can even go up to 10 inches now, but they count toward your bullhead possession limit over 7 inches (greater than 7 inches are not classified as minnows).
