Revo Toro Clicking Sound on cast

So I took my Revo apart for some cleaning and re-greasing this weekend. Not the first time I have done so. Anyways after I had it all put together, it makes a clicking noise on the cast. Not the bait clicker, but it is related to spool speed. It does not happen on retrieve no matter how fast I reel in. As best I can tell everything seems to be working fine, and it fished just fine this weekend, but it makes a lot of noise on the cast. Any ideas what to look for? As best I can tell it does not make the noise when I attempt to cast without the levelwind sideplate on: but other than greasing it I didn't touch the levelwind or that sideplate.
