Tofte Charters

anyone have experience with them, going up for the 4th of July weekend and wife is bugging me about taking a fishing trip and this is who works with the resort

Not whith them, but have seen/heard good things about Laker Taker charters out of Silver Bay. The captain is the future son-in-law of a co-worker. Check him out on facebook.

Tofte charters is very good. he'll put you on fish. i would check, he gets booked up very fast. Laker taker is an exellent charter also. i know him well. very nice guy who will get you on fish also.

what kind of fish can we expect?

lakers and a few salmon probably. little early for salmon up here. should still be a bunch of steelies around yet for agood fight.

only bringing one vehicle so a drive to silver bay ain't likely

This is a little late but Tofte Charters is very good and Darren is a great guy, we have known him for a long time and he always catches fish
