Pulled a 4 pack of smoked hen legs outta the freezer last night for my son and I for tomorrows opener. Planned on de-tendoning two of them for sammies, and having the other two for a mid day shoreline snack. I am really liking these drums even more as the price of pork has skyrocketed (2.99/lb for butts up here now).
