Lakes!!

Could someone let me know how the lakes are in the area as far as being ice free. I appreciate it!!

Chetek Chain is ice free from what I heard. Still some ice on a lot of other lakes as of Friday though. With temps where they are it will close for opener. You might be dodging a little ice out there, but maybe the wind the past 2 days has taken care of a lot of it.

Ice is off most lakes, including Balsam. Should be good to go unless you venture a ways north.
