room temperatures

I live in a one level, 3 bedroom townhome rental with a wall unit A/C in living room, hot water baseboard heating, humidistat, and no bathroom fans or ceiling fans. My issue are the room temperatures in the bedrooms/hall area are warmer than the living room/kitchen area. There's no air movement to equalize the temperatures between the areas. When I walk into the hallway there's a warmer temperature and the bedrooms are about 5 degrees warmer. What would you recommend to alleviate this? I have a floor unit air exchanger in the hallway, but that isn't doing the trick. I've thought about a dehumidifier for the upcoming summer to try to keep the bedroom areas cooler, any suggestions?

as you said you have an air flow problem. I'd suggest putting a few window A/C units in at least two bedrooms. I'm not an expert but running a dehumidifier costs in the ballpark of an AC unit and while it removes moisture which brings down the humidity it also kicks off heat.

Besides putting the bedroom AC units in (assuming you can) the best things is to be vigilant on opening windows when it's cooler out to bring cooler air in, pulling shades to block sun, and other things. Our cabin only has one large AC unit and when it's below 90 with some wind we can keep it acceptable with wind flow and fans.
