Anyone have experience with any of the deck restore products on the market? There are a few brands out there and I'm seeing mixed reviews. The ones I am seeing are rolled on the deck boards and they provide a thick coating that fills in cracks and splits and supposedly leaves a durable textured surface that lasts 7-10 years.

My deck stain is peeling and the deck boards have a lot of small cracks/splits and overall it doesn't look great. I'm getting ready to put the house on the market so I want the deck looking good but I also don't want something that is going to peel off even if its going to be someone else's problem down the road.
