No, not the classic hair style, but Thursday night down in Florida we went to great place that had smoked mullet on the menu. When it came out, It completely reminded me of some smoked carp and old Principal I used to work for would make. Anyone here smoke carp before? I am assuming smaller are better than bigger......thanks for any help or tips
