Couples Fishing League

Im in a summer fishing league. My wife who likes fishing has been constantly bugging me about a couples fishing league. I told her I would check but didn't know of any off hand. Are there any around the central MN area?

You could start one, if nobody knows of any, I would think a multi-species league would work for many people. As always, KISS keep it simple silly, and fun.

There used to be a tourney series called C.A.S.T. (co-ed angler sporting tournaments). They fished in central mn. It was a blast and it had some great support. I've been thinking about starting a similar league. Or a few us should consider it. I think it would go over well.

Me and the oldgirl looked for some type of couples fishing/GTG's for fun with some competition,not much competition but some.They just arent around! We did get some local friends to meet at different lakes and have some fishing time with a potluck dinner after words.But they just arent around!! What we started was loosly formed with 5 couples.we were lucky to have one or 2 other couple's show up.We then changed it to the lake we have a cabin on,Then it fell apart!!

I or we'd still like to do something like that.We are in the Willmar area weekends,the RedWing area weekdays.

I was out fishing one day and came upon a husband and wife fishing. I asked him " how do you get your wife to go fishing with you?" And in reply he asked me " how do you get yours to stay home??
