hockeybc69
You do realize the pellets that they sell for the heaters also work. They are $4 for 50 lbs.Its all hardwoods. Oak and I dont recall what else. I contacted the company directly that makes them and there is no glues, used wood, etc. They happen to use the pellets in a grill on their own patio. LindellProStaf
I just checked the Indeck wood pellets HSOforum. That is the brand I use in my pellet stove for heating. In their FAQ page they indicate that even though they are in the pellet business they are not aware of a food grade pellet designation. Theirs are 90% hardwoods and have no non wood ingredients so are safe for smoking foods. I am curious to smell them while smoking.
hockeybc69
When I called them I was told they have a pellet grill on their patio at the plant.
