Sorry to crash this thread, but I have another question. How do you tell your app to take you to one of your saved fishing spots? You know like how you can have your GPS take you to one of your Waypoints.

Try and click on Route the click Manuel Route then tap on your location then tap on the waypoint you want to go to then tap go. If you go to the Archive from you can find all your saved tracks, routes, markers etc...

I spoke to Garmin CS last week about this and he concluded after doing some research that he could neither confirm nor deny whether it (2007 LM chip from my H2O) would work. Given that you have a Garmin chip, my bet is it works.

I just purchased the 62s and decided to get the Midwest Fishing Guide Garmin chip as well since I'm leaving for LOTW Fri and didn't want to chance not having a chip. Besides, is $100 every 7 years REALLY that bad of an investment? I think not!
