Red-Winged Blackbird already!

We woke up this morning to see a red-winged blackbird on our feeder here in White Bear Township, MN. Seems way to early for one of these guys to be here in mid February. The earliest we have seem them prior to this year is March 6th. Is there any chance this guy never migrated? He seems immature, maybe from last years clutch, but there's no doubt about the species. We've had a starling or two all winter long, just want to let you all know I'm not getting them confused. I tried to attach a photo, but I can't get it to work. The process seems way to complicated on this HSOforum, maybe somebody has a shortcut?

That is a bit early for the males to show up (males are first so I am assuming you saw a male), Normally it is mid-March around here. As for a how to on posting photos take a look HERE

Yep Dbl, it's a male. I always figure the same thing…mid-March is about when they show up in this neck of the woods. Thanks for the posting tip! Not sure if it's going to work or not.
