Some fun with the new 15 f2.8 Fisheye

Picked up a 15 f2.8 Fisheye on Saturday and immediately strapped it to the 6D and brought it to the lake on Sunday. I am going to have a lot of fun with that lens.

Thanks Dan. I am really excited to have finally acquired this lens. Now to upgrade the 70-200 f4L to a 2.8L IS II and add a 300 f4L IS and my kit would be rounded out nicely. The super wide perspective can be a lot of fun. Lots of vignetting in te corners but that is expected. My son got a skateboard for Christmas and I think I will try some crazy fisheye stuff with him. The focus system in the 15 fish is a little loud but relatively quick and pretty darn sharp. For 500 I couldn't pass up that lens, and couldn't justify tripling that for the 8-15L fish.
