TLH713 Posted January 8, 2014 Share Posted January 8, 2014 I broke one of the tackle box brackets off of my ultra pack on my FL20 and wrote their customer service department that I would like to purchase a set of them. They said absolutely not! I received a set 2 days later in the mail, no charge. Great customer service as far as I'm concerned. It was my fault it broke and they never even questioned it! Rebeleye Posted January 8, 2014 Share Posted January 8, 2014 A few years ago I purchased one of their Cold Snap parka's. The patch started peeling off the back, so I emailed them. They were honest and said the reason they chose not to stitch them on was because they didn't want to mess up the water resistance. I can live with that.A few days later I received a box from Vex with a few accessories inside, didn't expect anything from them. Thumbs up. cableguy2 Posted January 8, 2014 Share Posted January 8, 2014 I was setting up my cousin's vex up by his hole unzipped the bag next to the hole and his new charger fell into the lake. I was trying to find the factory charger in the store, 1st trip with his new flasher so I wanted to replace like for like. No stores had it so I called Vexilar and they said they would send me one for free, I had them ship it directly to my cousin in Indiana. And that is why I own an FL8SE Pro Pack, FL20 Ultra Pack, Fish Phone, Cold Snap Parka, bibs, & sweatshirt. They have been nothing but great with service, and super fast when you need something from them...most of the time with no charge it seems!
