Trickin' out your portable shelters

I'm looking for ideas to "trick out" my Otter Lodge ice fishing shelter, like storing the auger, heater, lights, electronics, etc. What have you done to yours? Thanks!

Do a search for mods and you will find lots of ideas. The Thorne Bros event before the ice sets in is another great place to get ideas.

Keep in mind that regardless of what you do, more weight often equals less mobility.

Thank you! I'm not looking to add a ton a "gadgets" to my shelter. Primarily looking for the best way to store/haul my auger, heater & flasher.

I bought five milk crates and zip tied them together. Three on one side and two on the other. I left the rear corner one out and that is where I put my buddy heater with soft sided case. I put foam padding in the bottom of a couple for my camera and vexilar. The others hold propane tanks, minnow buckets, and tackle boxes. Keeps everything organized well
