jmg
Hi! Just making out a Christmas list and was wondering if the new Clam auger converter was worth taking a chance on or if it would be better to wait a year, since they are new? After buying a first year Eskimo Fatfish hub house, I am skittish about trying many 1st yr. products. So---those of you who have bought the adapter, would you buy it again? Have you had as much trouble with getting the chucks off your drills as one person did? Currently, I have a 7" Strkemaster hand lazer, but shoulder issues are getting the best of my hand augering. Just want to know if these adapters are ok so my gifters don't spend their hard earned money foolishly. Thanks! Have a great Thanksgiving. amateurfishing
I am the person that had the chuck key problem.....was it worth the hassle, ABSOLUTELY!! I highly recommend this conversion kit, just tested it out on backyard lake this am and absolutely love it. think it will be perfect for inside the pop up especially with kids when you want smaller holes. I made a 10 second video but unfortunately its too many mg's to fit on here.
Brad B
this conversion plate is worth it. it was tested last season by some of the ice team pros to make sure there wouldn't be issues with it. it has been a bigger success then originally planned on. the supply is sold out for the year so what the retailers have is it so don't wait if you plan to get one. JohnMickish
There are some at Bass Pro, but you better hurry if you want one. I ordered mine back in September and just got it today. Can you say it's a "hot" item?
