Puffball pizza

So I decided to make up some puffball pizza...holy cow it's good! Slice the puffball 1'' thick, brush with olive oil, broil or grill for a few minutes to dry it out a little, toss on some pizza sauce and cheese and any other toppings, and throw it in the oven until the cheese is browned.

Yum.

When tapping on it..... it still sounds perfectly prime; If you want the GPS coords let me know That baby is still sitting where I found it, was not about to lug it out a mile away from home as I have plenty 100 ft from the house. So think I am going to try precook/firm up some on the smoker racks and them freeze them in rounds. Did something very similar to Stick's Zaa, and, yeah, it was tasty!

I found a few oysters, too, my last time out. I was after hens, though, and didn't find any of those.
