Agree, Ripley is a special place. My son has gone twice now, next year will be his final year, I will miss it. Saturday was messy and windy, switched locations and saw a doe. She was out of range, but found a new spot with potential for next year! No matter what we see, we always enjoy the hunt and talking to all of the hunters and mentors. Thanks to MSAA, MDHA, DNR and Ripley staff!

If this picture comes through, it is from Sunday, which was a beautiful day!

Walleyhooker - Congrats to your grandson on his first bow kill. He will never forget that one and you got to be a part of it.

Monkster - That is a great photo with the shadow!

I agree with both of you that it is a fun hunt, thanks to a lot of great people that put in lots of hard work to make it a special experience.
