Lots of them in groups of 8 to 25 feeding in the morning and late afternoon in cut wheat and hay fields along Anoka county Road 24 in Nowthen.

Adults with this year's young.

thanks for the headsup...won't do me any good being north of Duluth:)bit of a drive!

We do see them at the cabin over by red lake fairly often, and we did actually see a couple right here last week. First time ever to see them here about 7 miles up the shore from Duluth, feeding in a field a couple miles inland from the lake.
