Broke the last 8 inches off my 7ft mlxf eyecon. Anyone been through the replacement warranty process with them? Just wondering if its worth the. 75 bucks plus s&h to replace it or just buy another one and make this into my 6footer. I guess it boils down to is the broken tip rod worth 50 bucks?

I have gone thru the process and it's really nice and easy. However, they where on Legend Tournament rods so that was quite a bargain at $75. For an Eyecon, I think I'd just go find one on sale somewhere and save the trouble of the shipping.
