Cuddeback Capture IR problem

So here's the problem, my camera was taking great pictures with out any problems, then the last time out there were no pictures on the memory card. I took the camera home, to test it out to make sure everything was working and it looks like a green LED is supposed to come on when it's taking a picture, but on mine the Green LED isn't coming on at all, it looks like all of the other functions are working though (I ran through their on line troubleshooting). Can anyone help me out or do I need to get a new camera?

Most likely you need to re format the card. For whatever reason those seem to have a little problem with that. I have four or so of them and I always make sure to re format them before taking them out and have two separate sd cards for each one. I believe I format the FAT32 and do the full format not the quick one. Then try it at home and if that don't work try a different format.

Hope it helps, Had mine for 3 or 4 years and not a problem with them although I prefer the battery life of the new ones.
