KEN W Posted July 3, 2013 Share Posted July 3, 2013 I see you have crackers on the plate.If you would like a really good smoked fish spread,try this.....Pick the meat off and run through a food processor till it is nice and fluffy.Add diced celery and onions.Add pickle relishAdd enough Mayo to make it spreadable.I don't measure this....just add enough so it looks good.My family loves this stuff.When I make a batch,it doesn't last long.
